Not at all. That’s exactly why this program exists. You don’t need to be fit, experienced, or confident in the gym. We coach you based on where you are now and help you build strength and confidence step by step.
We hear this all the time. The difference here is structure, coaching, and support. You’re not left on your own. Every session is guided and designed to help you stay consistent and build momentum over the 6 weeks.
No. This is coached training in a supportive environment. There’s no shouting or pressure. Sessions are designed to help you improve your strength, fitness, and confidence at a pace that works for you.
If you enjoy the program and want to continue, we’ll talk through the options available to help you keep progressing. If it’s not the right fit, there’s absolutely no pressure.
That’s completely fine. We adapt exercises to suit your current ability, injuries, or limitations. Your coach will make sure everything you do is safe and appropriate for you.
Just wear comfortable gym clothing and bring a water bottle. We’ll guide you through everything else when you arrive.
Not at all. Many of the women who join the program haven’t trained in a long time. Our goal is to create a friendly and supportive environment where you feel comfortable from your very first session.
